Job summary

Team Rehabilitation Physical Therapy is hiring a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient orthopedic clinics in Stockbridge, GA. You will provide high-quality patient care under a supervising Physical Therapist, educate patients, assist with modalities, and document daily notes and discharges.

You will help maintain productivity and contribute to protocol development, while pursuing CEUs with company support including $1,500/year CEU reimbursement, 40 hours paid CEU time, and

• Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant (required).
• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.

• Maintain productivity expectations in a 40-hour week.
• Participate in clinic research studies and grow professionally through CEUs.

$24 - $32 / hour

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality patient care under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Treat patients, address questions, and educate them on injuries, progress, and long-term wellness strategies.
• Supervise Techs during modalities (for all federal payers and non-BCBSM patients) and assist with setup and cleanup.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation for daily notes and discharges.
• Maintain productivity expectations (60 treatments in a 40 hour week in an outpatient ortho setting).
• Assist in developing and refining treatment protocols.
• Participate in clinic research studies.
• Continue to grow professionally through CEUs and approved coursework.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility to obtain).
