Job summary

Team Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Georgia outpatient ortho clinics. You will provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist and help educate patients on injuries and long-term wellness strategies.

You will supervise Techs during modalities, ensure accurate documentation, and help refine treatment protocols while pursuing ongoing CEUs and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• AS in Physical Therapist Assistant required.
• Valid PTA license or eligibility to obtain.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Treat patients, address questions, and educate on injuries, progress, and wellness strategies.
• Supervise Techs during modalities and assist with setup and cleanup.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation for daily notes and discharges.
• Maintain productivity (60 treatments in a 40-hour week in outpatient ortho).
• Assist in developing and refining treatment protocols.
• Participate in clinic research studies.
• Continue to grow professionally through CEUs and approved coursework.

What You’ll Do

• Complete accurate, timely documentation for daily notes and discharges.
• Maintain productivity expectations (60 treatments in a 40 hour week in an outpatient ortho setting).
• Assist in developing and refining treatment protocols.
• Participate in clinic research studies.
• Continue to grow professionally through CEUs and approved coursework.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility to obtain).
