Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners in Uhrichsville, OH is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our PRN team. You will implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist and educate patients on home exercise programs.

The role offers daytime PRN scheduling and the opportunity to deliver high-quality care within Claymont Health & Rehabilitation. A PTA license and an Associate Degree are required, with 1 year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state PTA License.
• 1 year of PTA experience preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under PT supervision.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes to supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.
