Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to support patient care in our Chesterfield, MO facilities. This PRN role lets you choose work times while maintaining team collaboration with supervising therapists.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, documenting progress, and educating patients on home exercise programs and assistive devices. Current licensure and MFA preferred; prior PTA experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT
