Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our PRN pool in Medina, Ohio. You will implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist and help maintain continuity of care with the same clinical standards as our full-time team.

The role offers daytime PRN shifts with on-site support from a leadership team of experienced therapists. Full licensure in Ohio and an PTA degree are required, with preferred 1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.
