Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC in Miamisburg, OH is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant to join our PRN team. You’ll deliver the same high-quality care as our full-time staff, choosing daytime shifts and working under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities include implementing individualized treatment plans, documenting patient progress, and educating patients on home exercise programs and assistive devices.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Current PTA license in state.
• 1 year PTA experience preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under PT supervision.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes to supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices
