Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing network in Minnesota. This PRN role supports licensed PTs by implementing treatment plans, documenting progress, and educating patients on home exercises.

You will work at Atikin Health Services in Aitkin, MN, with a focus on quality patient care across our statewide facilities. Requires PTA program degree and current Minnesota PTA license; prior experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in PTA Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state PTA License.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required
