Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners in Sandstone, MN seeks a part-time Physical Therapist Assistant to help deliver patient-centered care under a licensed Physical Therapist. The role is PRN and location-based at Cura of Sandstone.

The PTA will implement treatment plans, document progress, and educate patients on home exercises and device use, supporting clinical quality and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program is required.
• Current, unencumbered state PTA license is required.
• 1 year of PTA experience is preferred.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required

• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License

• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist

• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT

• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices
