Continuum Therapy Partners is expanding its clinical team in Minnesota, seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to support therapies at Atikin Health Services—Aitkin, MN. You will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to implement treatment plans and monitor patient progress.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant, maintains an active Minnesota PTA license, and has 1 year of PTA experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Current, unencumbered Minnesota PTA license.
• 1 year of PTA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under supervision of a Physical Therapist.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices
