Continuum Therapy Partners in Watkins, MN is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our network of clinicians focused on elevating residents’ quality of life. This PRN role provides opportunities to collaborate with therapists and contribute to patient-centered care.

Ideal candidates hold an associate degree in PTA, an active Minnesota PTA license, and at least one year of PTA experience. You will implement treatment plans, document progress, and educate patients on home

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Minnesota PTA license.
• 1 year PTA experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required

• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License

• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist

• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT

• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices
