Hilltop Park Post Acute is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our compassionate rehabilitation team in Colorado. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts with a $3,000 bonus for full-time staff and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include providing physical therapy services within scope of practice, collaborating with our rehab gyms, and making a positive impact on residents' independence and quality of life. We are an equal opportunity employer.

Successful Candidates:

Rate: $33-$39

*$3,000 bonus paid: $1,500 after 90 days & $1,500 paid after120 days - bonus for full-time positions only & must remain in full-time status to receive bonus
