Job summary

Hilltop Park Post Acute is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join an interdisciplinary team delivering onsite rehabilitation to our residents, helping them regain independence. Our facility features two large rehab gyms and a supportive, collaborative workplace.

This full-time role offers competitive pay, a $3,000 bonus (paid in two installments) and comprehensive benefits including healthcare, vision and dental, plus a 401(k) with match, paid time off, sick leave, and ongoing

Successful Candidate:

• Current Occupational Therapist license in CO

Rate Range $45-$51/hour

*$3,000 bonus paid: $1,500 after 90 days & $1,500 paid after120 days - bonus for full-time positions only & must remain in full-time status to receive bonus
