Job summary

Hilltop Park Post Acute is hiring an Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide therapy services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. Full-time or PRN shifts available, with a $3,000 bonus for full-time staff. Candidates must hold a current CO OTA license.

Rate range is $33–$39 per hour, with benefits for full-time employees. Join a collaborative team focused on compassionate care in a supportive environment.

Hilltop Park Post Acute is hiring an Occupational Therapy Assistant - $3,000 Bonus*!

Rate Range $33-$39

*$3,000 bonus paid: $1,500 after 90 days & $1,500 paid after120 days - bonus for full-time positions only & must remain in full-time status to receive bonus
