Hilltop Park Post Acute is hiring a Physical Therapist to join our on-site rehab team. Full-time role with a $3,000 bonus; pay rate $45-$52 per hour. Licensed PT in CO required; benefits include healthcare, 401k match, PTO and sick leave.

We provide two large rehab gyms, a supportive environment, and opportunities for growth. Apply to become part of a compassionate team dedicated to helping residents regain independence.

Rate:

$45-$52/hour*$3,000 bonus paid: $1,500 after 90 days & $1,500 paid after120 days - bonus for full-time positions only & must remain in full-time status to receive bonus
