Parkview Post Acute in Santa Rosa, CA, is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-house rehab program and support geriatric care residents on their recovery journey.

Eligible applicants include licensed PTAs; new graduates are welcome to apply. We offer a stable team, competitive pay $44–$53/hour, and benefits supporting work-life balance in a post-acute setting.

• Apply evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders under Physical Therapist supervision.
• Administer various rehabilitation procedures, including manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, and supportive device use, under Physical Therapist supervision.
• Collaborate with the supervising Physical Therapist to assess and adjust treatments according to regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.

Parkview Post Acute in Santa Rosa, CA, is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant for our in-house rehab program!

Full Time: Flexible schedule with work-life balance

Pay: $44 - $53 /hour based on experience
