Parkview Post Acute in Santa Rosa, CA, is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant (full-time) to join our in-house therapy team. The role offers a competitive hourly pay range of $44–$53 based on experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Administer ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and use of assistive devices.
• Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising OT to adjust treatments as required.
• Report treatment outcomes to the supervising Occupational Therapist.

PARKVIEW POST ACUTE – SANTA ROSA, CA

Parkview Post Acute in Santa Rosa, CA, is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery.

Full Time: Flexible schedule with work-life balance

Pay: $44 - $53/hour based on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning disorders, following regulatory and clinical standards under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Administer various rehabilitation procedures, including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and the use of supportive and assistive devices, under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Report treatment outcomes' effectiveness to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
