Park Avenue Health & Rehabilitation in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-house rehab program. Pay ranges from $25–$32 per hour based on experience, with a flexible schedule designed for work-life balance.

Licensed PTA with SNF experience is preferred, though new grads are welcome. The role supports evidence-based interventions under a Physical Therapist, and offers strong team collaboration within a post-acute care setting.

• Apply evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders under Physical Therapist supervision.
• Administer rehabilitation procedures, including manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, and supportive device use, under Physical Therapist supervision.
• Collaborate with the supervising Physical Therapist to assess and adjust treatments according to regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.

Park Avenue Health & Rehabilitation in Tucson, AZ , is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric outpatient services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant for our in-house rehab program!
FULL TIME : Flexible schedule with work-life balance
Pay: $ 25 - $32 /hour based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
