Parkview Post Acute in Santa Rosa, CA is a post-acute care facility offering long-term and geriatric services. We are seeking a Full Time Occupational Therapy Assistant for our in-house rehab program, working under occupational therapist supervision to deliver skilled therapy.

Responsibilities include ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, and progress assessment. Competitive pay in the range of $44–$53 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Hold a current and active State license/registration where applicable.

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT – FULL TIME

Parkview Post Acute in Santa Rosa, CA, is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking a Full Time Occupational Therapy Assistant for our in-house rehab program!

Full Time

Flexible schedule with work-life balance

Pay: $44 - $53 /hour based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning disorders, following regulatory and clinical standards under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Administer various rehabilitation procedures, including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and the use of supportive and assistive devices, under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Report treatment outcomes' effectiveness to the supervising Occupational Therapist.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Hold a current and active State license/registration where applicable
• Candidates with all levels of experience are welcome
