Job summary

BayCare, a leading healthcare system, is seeking a Graduate PTA to join our Rehabilitation Services team supporting patients at St. Anthony's Hospital in St. Petersburg and other BayCare sites.

You will help patients regain function, work within a multidisciplinary team, and pursue opportunities to advance toward a DPT or other degrees as part of a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current or eligible Florida PTA license.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Passion for helping patients achieve meaningful progress.

Responsibilities

• Assist in rehabilitation services and patient therapy programs.
• Support patients to regain function, independence and confidence.
• Collaborate with therapists in a multidisciplinary care team.
