Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Washington State.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute rehab preferred.
• Familiarity with Casamba or PointClickCare is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality therapy services per the Physical Therapist’s care plan.
• Document daily treatments and weekly progress notes accurately and on time.
• Support restorative nursing training and participate in team meetings.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers in safe mobility and exercise routines.
• Maintain treatment areas and equipment in good working order.
• Communicate effectively with the care team regarding progress and needs.
