Job summary

South Creek Post Acute is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to help patients regain strength, improve mobility, and meet rehabilitation goals. You will work under a licensed PT, document progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

Offer includes $35–$45 per hour, a $2,500 sign-on bonus paid over one year, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing training and professional development in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a PTA in good standing.
• Compassionate, patient-focused and team-oriented.
• Reliable and able to collaborate with the care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, balance and independence.
• Document patient progress accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to carry out treatment plans.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout recovery.
