Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Washington State with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute rehab preferred.
• Familiarity with Casamba or PointClickCare is a plus.

• Deliver high-quality therapy services per Physical Therapist’s care plan.
• Document daily treatments and progress notes accurately.
• Educate residents and families in safe mobility and exercise routines.
