Job summary

Memorial Health in Illinois is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant to join our on-site team. You will provide physical therapy treatment to patients of all ages under the direction of a licensed physical therapist, following established standards, policies, and guidelines.

A two-year approved PTA education is required, along with Illinois licensure or licensure pending and CPR certification. Full-time days shift with a $15,000 sign-on bonus and eligibility for our incentive program.

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will be responsible for providing physical therapy treatment to patients of all ages under the direction and supervision of physical therapist. All procedures are carried out in accordance with established standards, policies, protocols and guidelines. This position requires a two year approved schooling for Certified Physical Therapist Assistant. Licensed or license pending in the State of Illinois and without previous disciplinary action in Illinois or another state.

Pay Transparency $24.04 - $37.26 Additional compensation in the form(s) of participation in our annual incentive program are dependent on role. Pay is based on factors such as work experience, education, certification(s), training, skills, and competencies related to the role.
