Qualifications

• Education in Physical Therapy as listed (Bachelor/Masters/Doctorate/Certificate).
• Current state Physical Therapy license required.
• Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.

Responsibilities

• Provides consultative and therapeutic services to restore function and prevent disability in musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and/or integumentary disorders.
• Performs responsibilities in accordance with Physical Therapy/Hospital Policy and licensing requirements.
