Job summary

Saint Francis Hospital in Evanston, IL, part of Prime Healthcare, is seeking a Physical Therapist I in the Rehabilitation department. The position is full-time, Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.

to 4:30 p.m., with one late day per week for surgical cases, located at Evanston, IL 60201. The role provides consultative and therapeutic services to restore function in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary, and integumentary disorders, following hospital policy and licensure requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current state Physical Therapy license.
• Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.

Responsibilities

• Provides medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services to restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and/or integumentary disorders. The PT I performs responsibilities in accordance with PT/hospital policy and licensing requirements.
