Job summary

Northwestern Medicine seeks a licensed Physical Therapist in Illinois to join our patient-first team. You will provide direct patient care, participate in teaching, and contribute to committee activities while maintaining EMR documentation and adherence to ethical standards.

The role emphasizes collaboration with PT/PTA teams, leadership in patient management, and ongoing process improvement within a busy department. A 5,000 New Hire Sign-On Bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in State of Illinois
• BLS from American Heart Association upon hire
• Masters or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy

Responsibilities
