Memorial Health in Illinois is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to provide and coordinate comprehensive care for patients of all ages. You will use evaluation, planning and execution of treatment plans in accordance with established standards and guidelines.

A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and licensure or license pending in Illinois are required; CPR must be current. This on-site role offers a $30,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including PTO, 401(k) match

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Must be Licensed or license pending in the State of Illinois and without prior disciplinary action.
• Current CPR card.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive care to patients of all ages.
• Utilize evaluation, planning and implementation of treatment plans.
• Collaborate with Rehabilitation team and physicians to ensure compliant care.
