Adoration Health is expanding to Little Rock, AR, seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to empower clients with strength and independence in a one-on-one care setting. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered, and the role supports flexibility and professional growth.

Formación

• Minimum of bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the practicing state.
• Current Live CPR Certification.
• Two-step TB skin test required.
• Proof of Auto Insurance.
• Demonstrates knowledge of evidence-based therapy techniques.
• Familiarity with assisted living, independent living, geriatrics and/or home health.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and assist with 100 pounds as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans and participate in staffing meetings.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide safety recommendations and resources.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, patient and family.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants as needed.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to improve patient outcomes.
