Qualifications

• Graduate of a Physical Therapist Education program approved by CAPTE.
• Current PT license in the state and CPR certification (American Heart Association) required; CPR may be offered on hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy evaluation and treatment of patients per physician orders, including adaptive equipment procurement.
• Establish measurable goals and develop treatment plans to move patients toward independence.
• Maintain communication among the treatment team, physician, patient, and family members.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation for proper billing; supervise PTAs and PT Aides per state act.
