Adoration Health seeks a dedicated Home Health Physical Therapist to join our Mountain View, AR team. This full-time role focuses on 1:1 patient care in a home setting, with autonomy and strong team support. The position offers a $15k sign-on bonus for external candidates and a schedule of M-F, 8a-5p.

Formación

• Graduate of a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapist Education program.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist and CPR certification.
• Two years of adult physical therapy experience; home health preferred.
• Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform physical therapy evaluation and treatment of patients per physician orders, including recommendation and procurement of adaptive equipment.
• Establish measurable goals and develop treatment plans to move patients toward independence and function.
• Maintain communication among the treatment team, physician, patient, and family members as applicable.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of services provided for proper billing.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Physical Therapy Aides in direct patient care per state practice act.
