Job summary

Worcester Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Worcester, MA, is seeking Physical Therapists to assess residents, plan care, and provide direct treatment across a general rehab caseload.

We offer competitive weekly pay up to $55 per hour and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Positions available full-time, part-time, and per diem, with benefits such as health, dental, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science, Master of Science or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
• Must possess an active and unencumbered PT license in Massachusetts.
• Newly licensed therapists welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Screens patients/residents and evaluates them to develop appropriate care plans.
• Provides direct resident treatment in accordance with established plans of care.
• Contributes to the team meeting and decision-making process.
• Consults with and trains patients, residents, and caregivers.
• Documents activities according to our clinical documentation system.
• Demonstrates knowledge and application of Medicare and other reimbursement regulations.
• Communicates effectively with patients, residents, team members, customers, and supervisors.
