Job summary

Southeast Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center in North Easton seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our care team. The position offers up to $55 per hour with weekly pay and a sign-on bonus up to $5,000.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, treatment, care planning, supervision of staff, and documentation. Requires a PT degree and state licensure; 2 years preferred in a rehab setting. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active physical therapy license in the appropriate state(s).
• Degrees in physical therapy as listed: BSc, MSc, or DPT.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients/residents and develop care plans.
• Provide direct treatment and guidance in a rehab caseload.
• Supervise staff and train caregivers as needed.
• Document activities in the clinical system promptly.

Physical Therapist - full-time, part-time, and per diem at Southeast Rehab in North Easton!

Southeast Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic care team! As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our organization. Up to $55 an hour with weekly pay. Up to a $5,000 sign-on bonus available.*

Job Responsibilities

• Provide patient/resident assessment, care planning, direct treatment, and consultation to a general rehab caseload
• Participate in the clinical team process
• Teach and train caregiver staff
• Supervise other therapists, assistants, aides, and students as required
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor patient/resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Document activities according to the company's clinical documentation system on a timely basis

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree, Master of Science, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
• Appropriate licensing requirements by individual states must be maintained
• Two (2) years of clinical experience preferred
• Ability to function effectively in multi-faceted systems and interact effectively with all levels of staff and customers
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to perform documentation needs, manipulations of equipment, and direct patient care
