Job summary

Marlborough Hills Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Marlborough, MA is hiring a Physical Therapist to assess, treat, and manage a general rehab caseload. You will participate in team care planning and develop individualized treatment plans for diverse patients.

The role offers full-time, part-time, and per diem options with up to $60 per hour and weekly pay, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Licensure and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold appropriate PT license by state requirements.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic care team at Marlborough Hills Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Marlborough, Massachusetts. As a Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional care to our patients while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Full‑time, part‑time, and per diem openings up to $60 an hour with weekly pay.

About the Position

• Provide patient/resident assessment, care planning, direct treatment, and consultation to a general rehab caseload
• Participate in the clinical team process and contribute to the development of individualized treatment plans
• Consult with and train patients, residents, and caregivers, and supervise therapy assistants and students
• Monitor efficiencies on an ongoing basis and document activities according to company policies and procedures
• Communicate effectively with patients, residents, families, and staff to ensure exceptional customer service and care

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree, Master of Science or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
• Appropriate licensing requirements by individual states must be maintained
• Two (2) years of clinical experience preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
• Ability to articulate and comprehend the English language
• Availability to work in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities
