Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Part-time

Up to $40 an hour with weekly pay!

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Part‑time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic care team at Parsons Hill Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Worcester. As a PTA, you will assist in the provision, collection of assessment data, and direct treatment to a general rehab caseload under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist. Responsibilities

• Participate in clinical program development and implementation
• Document activities according to the company's clinical documentation system on a timely basis
• Demonstrate ability for continuous new learning to remain current in the field
• May perform additional duties as requested by supervisor

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program
• CEU's per state licensure requirements
• Current licensure by the applicable state agency where required
• Prior clinical experience preferred but not required
• Ability to function effectively in multi‑faceted systems and to interact effectively with all levels of staff and customers
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Standing and walking for significant amounts of time is necessary
• Ability to perform documentation needs, manipulations of equipment and direct patient care
