A healthcare provider in physical therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist in Wilton, Connecticut. This full-time role involves providing exceptional one-on-one care, assessing and developing patient care plans, and delivering a range of therapeutic interventions. The ideal candidate must hold a valid Physical Therapist license in Connecticut and possess experience in an outpatient clinic treating orthopedic conditions. Qualifications

• Must have experience treating a variety of orthopedic conditions.
• Experience can be gained as a licensed Physical Therapist or during clinical affiliations.
• CPR and first aid certification is required.

Responsibilities

Job Type: Full‑Time — Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week. Shifts rotate between 7:00 AM–3:00 PM and 11:00 AM–7:00 PM. We offer flexibility with workdays and scheduling and are open to discussing 10‑hour vs. 8‑hour shifts. Schedule will be further discussed during the interview

Responsibilities

• Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence‑based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re‑education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in Connecticut
• CPR and first aid certification required
• Must have experience in an outpatient clinic treating a variety of orthopedic conditions, including post‑operative, pre‑operative, and non‑operative cases—experience can be gained as a licensed Physical Therapist or during clinical affiliations for new graduates.
