Job summary

Motion PT Group in Weymouth, MA, is seeking a Part-time Physical Therapist to join a collaborative, patient-centered team. Earn $53–$60 per hour with 401(k) employer matching and a supportive growth environment providing one-on-one care.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 20–29 hours per week with flexible options discussed during interviews. Training and certifications are supported through Evidence in Motion, plus mentorship and leadership development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active MA PT license required.
• CPR and first aid certification required.
• Ability to apply evidence-based plans of care and adjust based on patient goals.

Responsibilities

• Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.
