Job summary

MOTION PT Group in New York City area is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for outpatient orthopedic care. Join a high-performing team delivering 1:1, patient-centered therapy with strong clinical mentorship and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist either already licensed in NY or eligible to obtain licensure in New York.
• 2–3 years of experience in an orthopedic outpatient clinic preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.
• CPR and first aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess movement dysfunction and determine contributing factors through history and exam.
• Develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care aligned with patient goals and lifestyle.
• Deliver skilled interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities.
• Track patient outcomes and adapt approaches based on progress.
• Act as a trusted resource and advocate throughout recovery.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice)

About
