Job summary

Mountain View Care Center in Ripley, WV is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team and provide high-quality patient care. The role includes evaluating patients, developing rehabilitation plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time employees, paid quarterly for one year, and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, 401(k), flexible daily pay, and wellness programs. PRN hours may also be available.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid Physical Therapy license for state practice.
• Proficient in conducting PT assessments and direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Physical Therapy assessments of referred patients providing direct patient care to assess medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation.
• Utilize PCC EMR for documentation and patient records.
• Collaborate with care team to develop and adjust care plans.
