Community Physical Therapy in Warrenville, IL is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Floater to support home care and outpatient therapy across Alden Senior Living communities.

You will deliver patient-centered care, follow patients through evaluation to discharge, and work with an interdisciplinary team to drive positive outcomes.

Now Hiring: Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) Floater

Home Care & Outpatient | $48-$52/Hour | Monday-Friday | 40 Hours/Week | No Weekends

Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Floater to join our Continuum of Care (COC) team, providing home care and outpatient therapy services across Alden Assisted Living and Independent Living communities.
