Job summary

Community Physical Therapy in Bellwood, IL is seeking a motivated PRN Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. You will provide Medicare Part B outpatient therapy to adults with developmental disabilities and follow patients through their therapy journey.

Qualifications

We're excited to launch a new therapy partnership in Bellwood and are looking for a motivated, compassionate PRN Physical Therapist to join our team!

This is a unique opportunity to provide Medicare Part B outpatient therapy to adults with developmental disabilities while building meaningful relationships and helping patients reach their functional goals.
