Community Physical Therapy in McHenry, IL is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to join a therapist-led team.

You will provide OT services across skilled nursing, memory care, outpatient, and home care settings, with growth opportunities. Active IL OT license required; new graduates welcome. Salary is $43–$48 per hour, with 15 days PTO and 6 paid holidays.

• SNF experience preferred

• Net Health experience is a plus; training is provided
