Community Physical Therapy is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our therapist-led team at Alden Park Strathmoor in Rockford, IL. The position offers flexible scheduling with 10–30 hours per week and a pay rate of $50 per hour.

Active Illinois PT license, strong clinical and communication skills, and a reliable, team‑oriented approach are required. We provide weekday and weekend opportunities, a 401(k) retirement plan, and a supportive environment focused on delivering excellent patient
