Job summary

Community Physical Therapy is seeking PRN Physical Therapists to support our growing coverage across Chicagoland. The position offers flexible scheduling and competitive PRN rates, with opportunities to work in skilled nursing facilities and across multiple locations.

Qualified candidates will hold an active Illinois PT license and have SNF experience; Net Health experience is a plus. This role is ideal for PTs looking to supplement current hours or add flexible, therapist-led work.
