Job summary

Community Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Floater to support multiple Alden Skilled Nursing Facilities. The role offers full-time hours (40 per week) with a Monday–Friday schedule and no weekend shifts, including paid travel time between sites and mileage reimbursement.

Eligible candidates hold an active Illinois PT license and have graduated from an accredited PT program. SNF experience is preferred, and Net Health experience is a plus.

$45-$50/Hour | Monday-Friday | 40 Hours/Week | No Weekends

Looking for variety without sacrificing full-time stability? Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is looking for a Full-Time PT Floater to support our Alden Skilled Nursing Facilities!
