Job summary

Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join a 193-bed skilled nursing facility. You will evaluate and treat patients with varied physical impairments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress in medical records.

The position offers $40–$52 per hour, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday with one weekend day per month, and the chance to support short‑ and long‑term care patients in Pennsylvania.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state license or eligibility to obtain state license.
• 1–2 years of experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.

Responsibilities
