Job summary

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans and provide ongoing care, with Monday-Friday schedule and weekend rotation; compensation is $40-$43 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting.
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records.
