Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and ongoing assessments to determine patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Provide hands‑on therapy and exercises to improve mobility, strength, and function
• Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises to continue at home
• Monitor and document patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and provide input on patient care plans
• Stay current with industry developments and advancements in physical therapy techniques and equipment

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday with a weekend rotation
