Trinity Healthcare Talent Services, LLC in Baltimore, Maryland is seeking a Physical Therapist to join a 117 bed skilled nursing facility. This full-time position requires evaluating patients' medical histories, developing treatment plans, and utilizing therapeutic techniques to enhance rehabilitation.

Position: Physical Therapist
Salary Range: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday with a weekend rotation
Facility: 117 bed skilled nursing facility offering long-term and short-term rehab
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' medical history and perform physical examinations to determine their current physical abilities and limitations
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals
- Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to help patients improve their strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and endurance
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for exercises and activities to continue their progress at home
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of practice
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records
