Job summary

Confluent Health, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist in Tomahawk, Wisconsin, for a full-time, patient-centered role. You will evaluate patients, develop plans of care, and provide hands-on treatment with mentorship and growth opportunities.

Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $110,000 annually, plus productivity incentives and additional pay for certifications and location differentials. A $15,000 sign-on option and robust benefits are available.
