Job summary

Dove Healthcare in Spooner, WI is seeking a casual physical therapist to join our team, serving inpatient and outpatient caseload across Osseo and Eau Claire locations.

You will plan, develop, and direct physical therapy programs while participating in discharge planning, patient assessments, and care plan reviews. This role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to develop a specialty within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or eligible for licensure in the State of Wisconsin (DPT or equivalent)
• Current Wisconsin physical therapy license or eligibility to test
• New graduates considered who are in the process of testing

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate and direct physical therapy within a skilled nursing facility.
• Participate in discharge planning and development of patient care plans.
• Maintain treatment records and progress notes as required.
• Contribute to patient assessments and quarterly care plan reviews.
• Collaborate with and supervise PTAs

Dove Healthcare is seeking a casual physical therapist to join our growing team of healthcare professionals. This position will work with both inpatient and outpatient caseload and will support our location in Osseo and two locations in Eau Claire.

As a physical therapist for Dove Healthcare, you will

• plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct physical therapy, as well as its programs and activities, in accordance with current rules regulations, and guidelines that govern a skilled nursing facility
• participate in discharge planning, development and implementation of patient care plans, patient assessments, etc. as necessary
• maintain treatment records, patient files, and progress notes as required
• participate in the development and implementation of patient assessments and care plans, including quarterly reviews
• collaborate and supervise PTAs

Required Qualifications

• doctorate degree (or bachelor's / master's degree for those grandfathered in) in physical therapy from an accredited college or university
• current license as a physical therapist in the State of Wisconsin
• we will consider new graduates that will be testing
